Privacy Policy

General Drone Service Co., Ltd. respects and protects your privacy

Last Updated: 11 August 2026

I. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the website (drone168.com) and related services operated by General Drone Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). When you use the Company's website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept all terms of this Privacy Policy.

II. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data

The Company may collect the following personal data:

  • Contact information such as name, email, phone number provided when you contact us
  • Technical information automatically collected when you browse the website, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, etc.
  • Records and data generated when you use our services

Personal data collected by the Company will be used for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To respond to your inquiries, comments, or requests
  • To send service-related notices or information (with your consent)
  • To conduct statistical analysis to improve service quality
  • To comply with legal obligations or cooperate with government agency requirements

III. Protection of Personal Data

The Company adopts appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your personal data, preventing unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction. We use industry-standard security technologies, including encrypted transmission, firewalls, and other mechanisms to ensure the security of data transmission and storage.

IV. Data Sharing and Disclosure

The Company will not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • As necessary to provide the services you requested
  • To comply with legal requirements or government agency requests
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, users, or the public
  • Sharing with third-party partners providing services (only within the scope necessary to provide services)
  • Returning hashed contact details to advertising platforms in order to measure advertising performance (see Section V)

V. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyse traffic and measure advertising performance. The following third-party tools are currently in use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — analyses site traffic and behaviour, such as which pages are viewed and for how long.
  • Google Ads (Google LLC) — measures advertising performance. When you arrive via a Google ad, the click identifier (gclid) in the URL is recorded and used to establish whether that click led to an enquiry.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures advertising performance and builds advertising audiences. It records the pages you view, whether you submit a form and whether you use a contact button, and reads and writes the _fbp and _fbc cookies Meta sets.

Server-side conversion reporting

When you submit a contact form, the resulting conversion is recorded both in your browser and sent from our server to Meta, in order to measure advertising performance. Any email address and telephone number transmitted this way is converted using the SHA-256 hashing algorithm before it is sent; we do not provide advertising platforms with your contact details in readable form. You should be aware, however, that while a hash cannot be reversed into the original value, an advertising platform can still compare it against hashed data it already holds — so if you are a user of that platform, it may be able to identify you.

How to limit tracking

You can reduce or stop the tracking described above by any of the following: blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings; installing a content-blocking extension; adjusting personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings (adssettings.google.com); or managing off-platform activity under Ad Preferences in your Meta account. If you would like us to stop processing personal data you have already provided, please contact us as described in Section VI.

VI. Your Rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To query or request access to your personal data
  • To request supplementation or correction of your personal data
  • To request cessation of collection, processing, or use of your personal data
  • To request deletion of your personal data

If you wish to exercise the above rights, please contact us through the following methods:

VII. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make significant changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this website. We recommend that you regularly check this page to stay informed about the latest Privacy Policy content.
