A Taiwanese commercial drone service integrator

From facade diagnosis through cleaning to protective coating: one point of contact, integrated delivery, and data you can audit. We replace high-risk conventional work with an engineering-consultancy model, making a drone fleet a standard tool of building envelope maintenance.

General Drone Service.

General Drone Service Co., Ltd. was founded in 2025. We started in facade cleaning and have grown into a mission-led commercial drone service integrator. We do not sell isolated jobs — we run the whole arc, from mission assessment and delivery planning through to the report, so the outcome is both actionable and traceable.

Core technology and advantages
  • Integration: Facade cleaning, facade inspection and enterprise drone deployment under one roof, removing the cost of coordinating several vendors.
  • Safety and efficiency: Drones replace high-risk manual work at height, raising delivery efficiency while cutting site risk and management burden.
  • Data and compliance: Imagery, thermal data and mission logs build an auditable record that supports operational decisions and compliance evidence.

Headquartered in Songshan District, Taipei, our team holds CAA drone licences and has worked across a wide range of site types — commercial offices, residential communities, industrial facilities and energy sites. We operate on three principles: one point of contact, integrated delivery, transparent handover — so clients can run multiple drone missions under a single working relationship.

— 002 · Why us

Professional, safe, transparent.

Five commitments we make to every client — regulatory standing, field experience, on-site assessment, independent diagnosis and risk reduction. Together they define building maintenance as asset management consulting rather than contracting.

No. 01

A Taiwanese team operating within the rules

Our drone operators hold the relevant licences, and our procedures comply with Taiwanese drone and construction safety regulations.

CAA-approved
No. 02

Field experience, not experiments

We have cleaned and inspected facades across many building types, and we know how different cladding materials and site constraints behave.

10+ years
No. 03

On-site assessment and professional diagnosis

Every job starts with an on-site assessment confirming height, facade condition, operational risk and feasibility. We do not propose blind.

On-site first
No. 04

Diagnosis kept separate from treatment

A diagnostic finding is not a commitment to sell work — we do not recommend cleaning in order to sell cleaning. Scope is itemised, with no hidden costs.

Independent
No. 05

Lower risk, auditable data

Drones replace abseiling and scaffolding; crews stay on the ground throughout. Operational footage and defect records remain traceable end to end.

— 003 · Insurance & safety

A policy, a procedure, and a record.

When high-rise facade work goes wrong, the management committee and the owner are the ones facing joint liability and litigation. We put protection into insurance policies, safety into written procedure, and the work itself into a retained record — all three can be laid on the table before you sign.

Public liability insurance
NT$10M

Third-party injury and property damage

Covers damage caused during operations to residents, passers-by, vehicles and neighbouring buildings. NT$10 million is the recommended level of cover for high-rise facade work, and that is the level we carry.

Employer's liability insurance
NT$5M

Occupational injury to operating personnel

Covers on-site pilots and operating crew. Our people work from ground level throughout — but lower risk is not a reason to carry less cover.

Corporate contracting entity
Registered company

Clear, traceable assignment of liability

A registered corporation issuing official invoices, so the contracting entity and the party liable for any claim are both unambiguous — not a borrowed licence or a freelancer. The company also holds a Remote Drone Operator Capability Review Approval from Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration (application no. AA2511180001, valid 2025-12-05 to 2027-12-04); the certificate appears further down this page.

Policy copies, operator licences and operating procedures are all available for inspection before contract. We recommend requesting them from every bidder and checking the sums insured, validity dates and the named insured party.

Every flight runs the same procedure.

01

Site risk assessment before work begins

We survey building height, cladding material, surrounding circulation, power lines and distance to neighbouring buildings, establishing the flyable envelope and abort routes before a job is opened.

02

Pre-flight equipment checklist

Before every take-off, batteries, propellers, gimbal, spray system and signal link are confirmed against a written checklist and signed off item by item.

03

Wind and weather abort thresholds

Explicit wind-speed and rainfall abort thresholds are defined; reaching one grounds the aircraft. We do not lower the bar to keep to a schedule.

04

Ground exclusion zone and access control

The work area is cordoned with ground marshals in place. Where needed we coordinate with the management committee to notify residents and adjust access routes.

05

Full video retention and incident reporting

Operational footage is recorded throughout and delivered with the job. Anomalies are reported to the owner and management committee under a defined procedure, and the record remains auditable.
