NT$38,000 a month covering ground duties, maintenance, standby and basic flight tasks — stable income you can plan around

Licence allowance

Up to NT$4,500 a month on top, scaled to the certifications you hold. The more you qualify for, the more you earn

Flight performance bonus

Beyond 50 accumulated flight hours in a month, NT$500–1,000 per additional hour depending on grade

Instructor income

Once you reach flight instructor, the company arranges external courses and training — a second income stream alongside the salary

  • Ground duties and basic tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Ground operations and equipment maintenance
  • Pre- and post-flight checks
  • Standby and support
1A–G2

L1 Junior pilot

Base NT$38,000 + NT$1,500 allowance

NT$800/hr performance bonus (beyond 50 hours)

Requirements:

  • G2 flight licence held (1A grade)
  • Basic training completed

Responsibilities:

  • Independent basic flight tasks
  • On-site safety control
  • Equipment operation and maintenance
Full 1A / 1B grade

L2–L3 Senior pilot

Base NT$38,000 + allowance up to NT$4,500

NT$900–1,000/hr performance bonus (beyond 50 hours)

Requirements:

  • G1 + G2 (full 1A) or 1B grade licence
  • Proficient in complex site operations

Responsibilities:

  • Demanding flight operations
  • Technical guidance and quality control
  • Mentoring and on-site command
Senior track

Flight instructor / supervisor

Base + external teaching income

External courses arranged by the company, multiple income streams

Requirements:

  • Substantial flight and mentoring experience
  • Meets the company's instructor criteria

Responsibilities:

  • Team management and training planning
  • Teaching external courses
  • R&D and standards development

What we look for

The pilots we work well with tend to meet these

A valid drone operating licence, or willingness to obtain one through training

Physically fit, with no condition affecting flight operation

Good communication and a genuine team disposition

Alignment with how we run operations and how we treat safety

Willingness to keep training and developing

Basic computer and digital tool competence

Able to work flexible hours and travel to site
