NT$38,000 a month covering ground duties, maintenance, standby and basic flight tasks — stable income you can plan around
Licence allowance
Up to NT$4,500 a month on top, scaled to the certifications you hold. The more you qualify for, the more you earn
Flight performance bonus
Beyond 50 accumulated flight hours in a month, NT$500–1,000 per additional hour depending on grade
Instructor income
Once you reach flight instructor, the company arranges external courses and training — a second income stream alongside the salary

L1 Junior pilot
Base NT$38,000 + NT$1,500 allowance
NT$800/hr performance bonus (beyond 50 hours)
Requirements:
- • G2 flight licence held (1A grade)
- • Basic training completed
Responsibilities:
- • Independent basic flight tasks
- • On-site safety control
- • Equipment operation and maintenance
L2–L3 Senior pilot
Base NT$38,000 + allowance up to NT$4,500
NT$900–1,000/hr performance bonus (beyond 50 hours)
Requirements:
- • G1 + G2 (full 1A) or 1B grade licence
- • Proficient in complex site operations
Responsibilities:
- • Demanding flight operations
- • Technical guidance and quality control
- • Mentoring and on-site command
Flight instructor / supervisor
Base + external teaching income
External courses arranged by the company, multiple income streams
Requirements:
- • Substantial flight and mentoring experience
- • Meets the company's instructor criteria
Responsibilities:
- • Team management and training planning
- • Teaching external courses
